Our business plan was first conceptualized as a New Venture Project in an MBA programme back in 1996. Our passion is for the development of people. We hold a strong belief in Steve Covey's 7th Habit of Sharpening the Saw and that learning must be a life long habit. Our facilitators have attended numerous courses, workshops, seminars and professional conferences, which have prepared us for this undertaking. Our collection of over six hundred (600) business, motivational and self-development books, tapes, CDs and DVDs is an indication of the depth of thought and planning that has gone into this venture.

Our Managing Director has served as a facilitator in the Entry Level Skills programme undertaken by the St. Lucia Chamber of Commerce for a number of years. The response of the students to these sessions bore testimony to the dynamism that she brought to these programmes.

Celestial Self Developmet Centre offers services as Human Resource Development Specialist.  We conduct soft skills workshops for both public and private sector entities.. Our suite of workshops include Customer Service, Leadership Skills, Performance Management, Change Management, Team Buuilding, Delegation, Building Self Esteem, training in Human Resource Management techniques etc.  We also facilitate staff retreats with a focus on the subject areas of your choice.  We are also available to deliver pep talks and motivational speeches to work groups, teams, sporting and other organisations.   Through our Self Development programmes we assist individuals in effecting behavioural  change and also provide service on an individual basis through life coaching.

Our air conditioned training room which accommodates approximately 50 persons is well equipped with an audio system, computer, projector, 37" television, DVD and CD player, flipchart, whiteboard and a podium.

Our location at San Souci is easily accessible yet provides a quiet and serene environment conducive to learning. We will continue to review our service offerings on a regular basis as we constantly assess evaluations/feedback from our clients.
