Course Overview

This one-day program in Creating a Positive Work Environment has been created to give students the tools and mindset they need to develop a positive environment in the workplace.

In this workshop, students are taken through an introduction and the characteristics of what makes a positive work environment. They are shown what they can do to make their particular workplace a positive one, whether they are an employee or leader. They are shown the different types of team roles and then move into how to create effective workplace relationships.
