Professionalism is often defined as the strict adherence to courtesy, honesty and responsibility when dealing with individuals or other companies in the business environment.

There are five interrelated sets of Social and Emotional Competencies: Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, Good Relationship Skills, and Responsible Decision Making. This one-day course will explore the social and emotional competencies and their role in ensuring that a company operates in the highest professional and ethical manner possible; work effectively with colleagues and develop networks and expertise.
